Had an issue with my DME which needed to be updated on my bmw and despite my tight schedule and budget these guys had me in and out even with my DME being partly corrupted and needing some rewriting, had it all fixed and taken care of in a bit less than 2 hours, their bmw tech was extremely helpful and communicated through the entire service of the vehicle. I’ve been going to Ray’s Imports for quite some time now and I always have a great experience. Knowledgeable staff that actually care about creating a positive experience. I’ve had every service or repair done here since another shop told me my car was a goner and here we are ~50k miles later still chugging. Never in a million years thought that I'd fall in love with a mechanic shop, but here we are! So here's the deal with these guys: they may be pricier because their mechanics are SPECIALISTS  with imports (which means they know what's going on with YOUR CAR... the more complex makes), but they are the most HONEST, considerate, and kind mechanic shop out there. Switched to Rays after another shop in town let me down. Rays had me in the door, diagnosed, and quoted within the same day. They were transparent about the services needed and the costs of repair. Ray’s Imports and staff ARE THE BEST!! I have trusted them to do all my vehicle repairs for 11 years & I have NEVER had an issue with prices or them actually doing the repairs I need! They just replaced my brake lines & the price was very reasonable! Repair shops use to take advantage of me & I never have to be concerned with Ray’s Imports over charging me, they simply inform me of what I need & not trying to make money off of my repairs. Shout out to Jordan! He explained every thing that was going on & sent pictures & the repairs were promptly completed! His personality is contagious & always very respectful & patient!!
